These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every purchase and every use of H C Script (the "Script") and of this website (hcscript.com). By creating an account or buying a license you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the License agreement, the Refund policy and the Privacy policy.
1. Who we are
hcscript.com is operated by the owner of hcscript.com ("we", "us"). You can reach us at any time through the Contact page or by email at [email protected].
2. What you buy
- You buy a license to use the Script — not the ownership of the Script or of its source code.
- A license is valid for 1 domain(s) and for the period of the plan you chose (6 months or Lifetime).
- The Script is delivered digitally and instantly: after FaucetPay confirms the payment, your license key and the download appear in your customer area.
3. Your account
- You must give a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- One person or company may open more than one account only with our permission.
4. Payments
- Prices are shown on the homepage in the currency set by us. Payments are processed by FaucetPay (faucetpay.io); we never see or store your wallet credentials.
- An order is complete when FaucetPay confirms the payment to our server. Unconfirmed or cancelled payments do not create a license.
- We may change prices at any time. A price change never affects an order that is already paid.
5. Renewals and expiry
- A 6-month license works for 182 days from the payment. Before it ends you can renew it (+6 months) or upgrade it to Lifetime from your customer area.
- When a 6-month license expires and is not renewed, the installed website stops working until the license is renewed. Your database and files are not deleted.
- A Lifetime license does not expire, as long as these Terms are respected.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, share, give away, publish or "null" the Script, your license key or the download;
- remove or bypass the license check, or install the Script on more domains than your license allows;
- use the Script for fraud, scams, Ponzi or pyramid schemes, money laundering, illegal gambling or any activity that is illegal in your country or in the country of your users;
- use our website or our license server in a way that harms it (attacks, scraping, automated abuse).
If you break these rules we may suspend or revoke your license without refund.
7. Your own website is your responsibility
You alone run the website you build with the Script. You are responsible for: your hosting, your domain, your content, the rewards and payments you make to your members, your own terms and privacy policy, taxes, and compliance with the laws that apply to you (consumer, data-protection, advertising, gambling and financial rules).
8. Trading robot — risk warning
The Script includes an optional automated trading tool for Bybit futures. Trading cryptocurrencies and leveraged futures is very risky and you can lose all of the money you use. The tool is software only: it is not financial advice, it gives no guarantee of profit, and past results do not predict future results. You use it entirely at your own risk and with your own exchange account and API keys.
9. No guarantee of earnings
We do not promise that your website will earn money, attract members or be accepted by any advertiser, offerwall or payment processor. Results depend on you.
10. Updates and support
New versions are available in your customer area while your license is active. Support is described on the Services page. We may change, improve or remove features in future versions.
11. Warranty and liability
The Script is provided "as is". To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (lost profits, lost data, lost funds, trading losses, account bans by third parties). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license concerned.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use your license after a change means you accept the new Terms.
13. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the owner is established. If a part of these Terms is invalid, the rest stays in force.
