H C Script is a digital product (software license + download) that is delivered instantly after the payment. As soon as the license key and the download are available in your customer area the product is considered delivered and it cannot be returned. For this reason all purchases are non-refundable.
By completing a purchase you expressly ask for immediate delivery of the digital content and you acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) that might otherwise apply to distance purchases.

No refunds in these cases
- You changed your mind, or you no longer need the Script.
- You could not install it because your hosting does not meet the requirements on the Services page.
- Problems caused by your hosting provider or by third-party services (FaucetPay, offerwalls, ad networks, Bybit…).
- Your website did not earn the money you expected, or trading results were negative.
- Your license was suspended or revoked because the Terms of Service or the License agreement were broken.
- A 6-month license that expired, or the unused time of a license.
The only exceptions
We will correct the situation (by delivering the product, crediting the amount, or a refund at our discretion) only if:
- you were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment); or
- the payment was confirmed but the product was never delivered and we are unable to deliver it within 7 days after you contacted us.

Cryptocurrency payments
Payments are made in cryptocurrency through FaucetPay and cannot be reversed by us. Where an exception above applies, the amount is returned to your FaucetPay account in the same currency and at the amount originally paid.
