This License Agreement is between the owner of hcscript.com (the "Licensor") and you (the "Licensee") for the software H C Script (the "Script").
1. Grant of license
After full payment the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Script on 1 domain(s) registered in your customer area, for the period of the plan bought (6 months, renewable, or Lifetime).
2. Ownership
The Script, its source code, design and documentation remain the property of the Licensor. Your website content and your database belong to you.
3. You may
- install the Script on your licensed domain(s), and on a local or staging copy used only for testing;
- change the design, texts and code for your own website;
- move the license to another domain by releasing the old one in the customer area.
4. You may not
- sell, rent, sublicense, share, give away or publish the Script or any part of it, modified or not;
- offer the Script as a service or an installation to third parties (unless agreed in writing);
- remove, disable or bypass the license verification;
- use the Script for illegal activities or schemes that defraud users.
5. License verification
Your website contacts our license server regularly to check that the license is valid. If the license expires, is revoked or is used on an unauthorised domain, the website is blocked until the problem is solved.
6. Termination
This license ends automatically if you break it. The Licensor may then revoke the license key without refund. On termination you must stop using the Script and delete it.
7. Disclaimer
The Script is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The full disclaimer, the trading risk warning and the limitation of liability are in the Terms of Service.
